CONCEPT
« Bake Off : The professionals » is a spin off of the existing tv contest : « The best pastry chef ». This one is only composed by professionals and kitchen brigades from all over the world who came to face the professional ones. A special jury will judge the competition : Cyril Lignac, Pierre Hermé and Benoit Blin who is also in the english version of the show : Bake Off : The professionals ».
