LE CONCEPT
Estaminets, bouillons, bouchons… in every French region, dozens of restaurants celebrate their regional heritage. Run by true lovers of their region, they are committed to showcasing the traditions of their land, from the decor to the specialty dishes and the ambiance. Each week, Yoann Conte and Norbert Tarayre will travel to a region to taste the cuisine of eight restaurateurs. Each day, two restaurants will compete; the one with the highest average score will advance to the final on Friday and compete against the three other winners. Which restaurateur will dazzle the jury and win the title of Best Typical Restaurant in their region?
